Welcome to Barcode Scanner. By downloading, installing, or using this app, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our app.

By accessing and using the Barcode Scanner application ("App"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Additionally, when using specific services of the App, you will be subject to any posted guidelines or rules.

2. Service Description

Barcode Scanner provides barcode and QR code scanning services with the following features:

• Scan barcodes and QR codes from camera or photo library
• Store scan history
• Create custom QR codes
• Share and export barcode data
• Additional features updated over time

3. Usage Rights and Restrictions

3.1. License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

• Download and install the App on your device
• Use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes
• Access and use features according to these terms

3.2. Prohibited Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Reverse engineer, disassemble, or attempt to extract source code
• Use the App for illegal purposes

5. User Content

5.2. Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your content. You warrant that your content:

• Does not violate third-party rights
• Does not contain illegal, pornographic, or offensive content
• Does not violate any laws

6. Transactions and Payments

6.1. In-App Purchases

The App may offer in-app purchases to unlock premium features. All transactions are processed through:

• Apple App Store (for iOS users)
• Google Play Store (for Android users)

6.2. Refund Policy

Refund policy follows the terms of the respective App Store or Play Store. Please contact the app store support to request refunds.

6.3. Auto-Renewal Subscriptions

Subscription plans will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Upon termination:

• Your right to use the App will cease immediately
• You must uninstall the App from all devices
• Provisions regarding liability and indemnification remain in effect

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If there are material changes, we will provide notice at least 30 days before the new terms take effect.

Your continued use of the App after changes become effective means you accept the new Terms.

These Terms together with the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding use of the App.

If any provision is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

15.3. Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right under these Terms will not be deemed a waiver of that right.
